Parkside Yards is part of a new housing and retail development at the Green Quarter in Southall, bordering Hillingdon at Hayes.
The developers are holding a Summer Fun Day which we were notified of by our colleagues at Ealing Cycling Campaign.
During the event, Ealing Cycling Campaign will be offering one to one training to families and children. There will also be led rides happening throughout the day that explore the Green Quarter and local area.
Throughout the day there will be kids activities such as face painting and fairground rides, as well as local businesses running food stalls and more.
Hillingdon Cycling Campaign are offering to ride with families from various meeting points in Hayes on a safe route to the Green Quarter, using cycle paths, quiet back streets and the canal towpath, as follows:
12:30 PM Hayes End, Methodist Church
12:35 PM North Hayes, Church Road
12:45 PM Lombardy Retail Park, Outside JD Sports
12:55 PM Hayes Town, Minet Drive/Abbotswood Way
1:10 PM Arrival at Green Quarter
3:30 PM Depart Green Quarter and return to previous drop off points
Note all attendees under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult family member
